I would definitely have her doctors do an extensive hormone panel which
would include all hormones not just the reproductive, include-adrenals,
thyroid, pancreas, pituitary, etc.  All glands work in harmony and the
surgery could have caused a big disruption.  A saliva version would be good
if the blood panel shows nothing.
