I tried to patent a generator in 1999 and was told by the patent
office that CS generation is public domain and not patentable.

The people who came to me had generators like mine, that have no timer
or regulator etc, so you never know what product you have....mine is
very old, about 15 yrs old...the original version. Therein lies the
problem I think....however, with the patents that ABC holds for the
nano particle size, How can those generators you are using be legal?
American Biologics does not sell them or authorize them.
