I was told by one manufacturer of ozonated water devices that this water actually has a very high ORP. As it floods the body with oxygen, this is very counterintuitive, much like lemon water being an alkalizer. I don't have the background in chemistry to understand how this can be true, but I believe the information is factual and verifiable (or at least falsifiable) quite easily with an ORP meter. If this is correct, ozonated water might have a deadly effect on anaerobic pathogens while not causing oxidative stress. I'm keen to try the product someday.
