I use an about(abt) measurement;>).
abt one Tablespoon each of honey and apple cider vinegar in abt 8ozs. of
water.
The honey dissolves quicker if the water is heated, like hot tea. But I
prefer to stir longer and use refrigerator cold water. Tap water can be
used but I like bottled spring water.
I drink mine a few minutes before bed, but if I need it, anytime. After
some months, I only drink it when I feel I need it. I use to take 20mg.
of Omeprazole twice a day. Now I'm free to eat anything I want without
fear of reflux.

When do you take the whole flax seeds? How do they stop food from
staying in your stomach?
When you say that you brush your teeth with EIS and swallow -- do you
do that before going to bed? Do you think this has some bearing on
the issue?

I limit sweets as they seem to cause heartburn stop eating after
about 5:30 and quit drinking even water after 8 PM. So when I go to
bed everything is digested. I also take 2 1/2 tablespoons of whole
flax seeds so food will not stay in my stomach. When I quit Prilosec
I found what foods cause problems, most of the foods which I crave. I
found I can try some at lunch where they have time to be digested
before bed. I brush my teeth with EIS and swallow.
