Hi Brickey.  That's very interesting.  So it sounds like you're addressing the
issue all day long (until five hours before bed) -- and getting good results.
You're the second person that uses probiotics as part of your treatment plan.
It makes sense that disgestion would be aided by that.

Thanks for sharing all of this information with me.

Food will stay in my stomach for three days or more. I also have Gout and my DR
would say you are drinking again. I heard that fruit will turn into alcohol in
your stomach if it isn't digested. A late supper and  I am in trouble digesting
the food before bedtime. I need 5 hours after eating for food to clear out of
my
stomach. After dinner I tend to watch TV and not exercise to help clear out the
food.

When do you take the whole flax seeds?  How do they stop food from staying in
your stomach?
I take them at breakfast usually I put them in with my coffee. They act like
fiber, Metamucil, but I think even better. Try it and I am sure you will be
surprised with the amount of your next bowel movement.

When you say that you brush your teeth with EIS and swallow -- do you do that
before going to bed?  Do you think this has some bearing on the issue?
I said I wouldn't even drink water after 8 PM, EIS is the exception. A jigger
of
EIS does not seem to upset my stomach like even water does.
I also take my ground up cabbage pro biotic each morning. I grind a head of
cabbage and let it set for 72 hours in the garage then drain the liquid and
take
two tablespoons also in my coffee per day. I also add some liposomal C to my
coffee.
