Thank you for the link, Smitty.  Dr. Christopher was a fascinating and amazing 
man and I respect him for his endeavors and having the courage of his 
convictions.  I don't know if I'm brave enough to use cayenne, however.  Isn't 
it awfully "hot?"  Do you use the kind that you buy at the super market or do 
you have a source for fresh?  I still would like to know if one still takes 
blood pressure meds while taking serrapeptase, though.

  I have been using cayenne for a couple of years,
  after reading about him.
  Started with 1/2 teaspoon in 1/2 glass water
  morning & evening. Chugged it down.
  Worked up to 2 teaspoons twice a day.
  Give it a try. It's also good for your circulation.
