I believe Frank made several other similar comments in other postings as well.  

I for one appreciated it.  He has a proprietary product for sale, but made very 
clear that we're all making efficacious EIS products with current-controlled 
generators and distilled water.  

If new production methods provide low-cost portable devices, those will be most 
welcome too.
