I have found Marshal Dudleys facts on silver paper. Thanks

Sorry, I see just a post or two before that David was making some
silver citrate with silver oxide. It would be helpful if there was a
condensed information page on basic home made colloidal silver. There
was a person, Dr Kat, now deceased, who made some experiments and
concluded that bubbling air while making silver created small silver
colloid sizes. Im sure this air bubbling has been talked about many
times already on the list, I should read the archives. The good Dr
also started a vitamin purchasing coop that had very good prices.
Anyway, it seems like all that air would oxidize or maybe even "nitric
oxidize" the silver. Before I go trying to figure the whole thing
out, maybe someone is kind enough to offer the basic gist. Another
question is what happens when you add ascorbic acid to CS ....and
hydrogen peroxide......I think this was a recommendation at one time....
Thanks for getting me up to speed on the basics!

This site talks about silver citrate as being more antibiotic then
uncomplexed silver ions.

Not being a chemist, I wonder what the implication is. Can the
simple addition of citric acid form silver citrate, or does it have
to be silver oxide or more....
the above site seemed to indicate at least two pathways and they
seemed a little complicated, I didnt try to tease them apart with my
limited chemistry.
any ideas on this?
