Let's not confuse the issue. She indicates that the body needs to be in an acid state. I have no arguement with that. But what I am saying about CS is that if it is acid, then the stability is adversely affected. There may be other factors; what it is stored in, if it is exposed to light, what other chemicals may be present and temperature. If it is acid and used immediately I see no problem. Only if it is stored for a length of time that it aggregates and precipitates out would this be a concern.
