Puritan Pride (puritan.com) has "organic extra virgin" coconut oil -- no
odor or taste -- nice for cooking, especially something light like
scrambled eggs -- pan stays clean.

You shouldn't give up butter because it is a very healthy fat and contains
a lot of essential vitamins.  dee
