I cook meals for my wife (not as many as I should) and use a nuwave oven or I have heard it called a flavorwave. You can cook your vegis, meat and other items under the same lid. It works great and meat comes out very nicely cooked not like the microwave all grey. I would recommend trying this, cleaning up is easy, break down into 3 or 4 pieces wash and ready to go
