Hi Tara, I'm coming in on this thread in the middle, but with a sprained knee ligament and Lyme-cause achilles tendonitis, I'm interested in your algae. Is this any particular kind of blue-green algae? I've been doing shark cartilage which seemed to help to a point and I use DMSO/Aloe which helps a lot, but the issues don't go completely away and stay that way.
