Had to jump in here: In Canada my friend had a problem with a damaged ebay delivery to the usa. Ebay, (as Pay Pal) instead of honoring a client with a superb delivery record, they took money DIRECTLY out of his candian bank account. I thought that would be illegal, but it happened. And the package was damaged during delivery so it was their fault. No pay pal for me.

I don't intend to give them my bank account information. I have a designated credit card that I have used for Paypal for years. And I have no intention of opening a cash account with them. There must be a way around all of this -- I'm sure there are thousands of people in the same boat, who aren't happy about it! In my opinion, they are a bunch of crooks and rip off artists. I have been robbed by them myself, but so have many others. Check out this website: http://www.paypalsucks.com/ If you do business with them, protect yourself!! Don't give them your bank account number. If you give them a credit card number, make sure it has a credit limit you can live with. If you open a cash account with them, keep the balance as small as you can, because it may disappear!
