Personally, I will not have any relationship with Paypal, period. In my
opinion, they are a bunch of crooks and rip off artists.
I have been robbed by them myself, but so have many others.

If you do business with them, protect yourself!!
Don't give them your bank account number.
If you give them a credit card number, make sure it has a credit limit you
can live with.
If you open a cash account with them, keep the balance as small as you can,
because it may disappear!

CCSilver does not accept a credit card from outside US (and I am
in Canada)> They will only accept Money orders etc. That creates
a lot of back and forth postal correspondence....not worth the
time and hassle.
