Hi Zoe,
With hurricane Sandy headed our way I fear we may lose WiFi, so am digging up
some books I've been meaning to read tomorrow. Netflix has been my major
analgesic through this nightmare.
How much niacin did you do? I'm up to speed on L-Lysine, and a friend told me
tonight that opening a capsule under the tongue is extra good. Taste isn't bad
at all!. I'll keep my 500mg. caps next to the bed, just in case.
The sleep thing is great, except that I wake up so disappointed to find that
the problem is still there!

Be well,
Léna
