Hey all Been wanting to do ones of these for years. But I have just always felt to crummy from Lyme disease to get up the courage to do one.
Think I'm ready to try one. Would like to try a very gentle one if there such a thing. If anyone has what they think would be some what easy compared to say the amazing liver and gallbladder flush book by anthony morez I would love to see it.
