I agree.  All precious metal suppliers I've asked here directly don't have any 
issues with quantities sold to individuals. Precious Metal foundry sites 
information just give the appearance of only supplying in bulk quantities.  
They do after all cater mainly for manufacturers and industry, but the little 
man/woman in the street can still get it in much smaller quantities.
