thanks, but u mean, 1 mili amper for each 1 square inch of silver anode, but isnt a 20 cm wire about 2 square inches, if so i would need ONLY 2 mili ampers of current? that way i would need to tell an electronic expert to make a custom adaptor for me, and finally, its still good at 30 v dc or is it better less voltage?

Controlling the current just gives a better overall product, plus you can use the faraday calculator to figure out your mg/ppm of silver in solution. You can only do this with a specified current. Use about 1mA of current per square inch of silver anode, this prevents the overdriving of too much current from the anode which gives off larger particules.
