Depending on your anode size you could use a CLD(Current Limiting Diode) at 1.5 to 5 mA. Keep current to no more than 1mA per square inch of submerged silver anode.

The max current capacity of an adapter that can be delivered without its catching fire  has absolutely nothing to do with the current you have going between the electrodes.
A 1 amp adapter is about 800 times bigger than is useful. An 80 amp battery would do the same thing.
Get yourself a milli-ammeter and a variable potentiometer so you can monitor and control the current where it counts.

Current controls the ion emission rate, voltage only controls ion velocity and is virtually irrelevant.
Too much current for the amount of electrode makes a high ion concentration zone near the electrode where ionic solution over saturation forces ions to make particles out of whatever is around, so closely packed that they tend to agglomerate.

Thanks for the info.
One more question, what is the best method for making the smallest particles of CS, i'm actually usind a 30 v DC adaptor with 1 Ampere, getting 10ppm of 800 ml of bidistilled water in about 45 min, am I doing right? any advise is welcome, thanks

Call and talk to Amazon and/or atlasnova on where they can ship to, I have found both of them to be very helpful!

Sorry, I can only quote Australian prices from "A & E Metal Merchants", which are...

This applies to 3.0mm round wire, which is what I use.

99.98% purity = $1.35 per gram up to 1000gms = $102.58 per metre (inclusive of our GST)
99.99% purity = $1.54 per gram up to 1000gms = $117.52 per metre (inclusive of our GST)

Of course those prices can and do change on a daily basis dependant on silver price on the day.

I saw this page for $35 a foot. If you get 5 feet, it's only $150. http://www.thesilveredge.com/wire.shtml
Please let me know if this is a good deal or a rip-off.

I agree.  All precious metal suppliers I've asked here directly don't have any issues with quantities sold to individuals. Precious Metal foundry sites information just give the appearance of only supplying in bulk quantities.  They do after all cater mainly for manufacturers and industry, but the little man/woman in the street can still get it in much smaller quantities.
