Thank you, Melly, for your helpful tips in controlling shingles. However, I'm 
so sorry for your suffering and anyone else's.  Your description made it a lot 
more understandable of how painful it is and I've met quite a few others who 
have had it but they didn't describe it as well as you did. *wince!* 
Is the Chinese Anise tincture organic and non-GMO and can I buy it from a local 
health food store? Wondered...
