I did try to get Pure water

and even Water for Injections.....

But the best I could get was de-ionised water!....

They use what's termed here as 'Pure Water', they need better quality water for 
making up medicines in pharmacies.  If DW is not procurable, this would be the 
next best thing in my book.

I tried looking everywhere.. from hospitals in Mumbai to pharmacy suppliers and 
got nothing...

was visiting relatives in your state.

What I wish to know is that, it is possible to decide at least approximately, 

how many coulombs of electricity to pass ? and at what current density ?

And is stirring necessary ?

I am using the best quality distilled water available.... About Rs 40 / lit.
