There is a good Faraday Calculator and explanation at < http://www.silvermedicine.org/faradaycalculator.html> which you can use to find out how much silver was liberated into the water during the brew. This will give you the maximum concentration you could expect, but of course some of it will not be in solution so your ppm will be somewhat less, but it is a good guide to use. The lower the current density (current per area of wetted silver electrode, anode) the more silver will go into the solution.
