I've been taking D3 along with K1 and K2 for years with no problems
whatsoever. I take Innate Brand 5000IU which contains FoodState K1 and K2
made from natto, a fermented soy product. The only side effect I've had is
far fewer colds and no flu's over the past several years.

d3(hormone) as cholecalciferol( not from the sun to the skin) is mouse
poison.
Look up USDA( United States Dept of Agriculture)d3 is listed as such. K2
keeps the body from bleeding. K2 in itself is dangerous and not to be
taking lightly unless advice from doctor. Many people with certain
conditions should not be taking vit k and never d3 as chlorecalciferol
Best advice research, research and more research than make up your mind.
Never take any vitamins unless you research first.

having had long discussions over the Season with researchers
into virus, that penetration is the one block for anything -
the mere fact that a virus is not considered to be ALIVE
makes it even

you do not know, you simply do not know !!!!
