Thanks Mary. We eat wild Alaskan salmon one or more times a week as well as
a few eggs from our chickens. Not sure how much D that adds up to. I wonder
if D3 from lanolin qualifies as natural in the same way or not. - Walter

Supplementing with natural vitd3 is great such as sardines salmon,
lamps, saunas. I live in the Pacific northwest rains all the time, I
supplement with sardines.

Trying to follow the discussion on D3
 / cholecalciferol. Living in the
fairly far north (very little sun in winter and not going out with a lot
of exposed skin at -25°C) we've been supplementing D3 / cholecalciferol
from lanolin in an olive oil base during the winter. If I understand
right, some are suggesting the D3 supplementation is a bad idea while
others don't agree. Possible side-effects are bleeding issues (poor
 clotting?) and
something about how calcium is dealt with? Did I get that right?

 Best regards,
 Walter

Maybe, read carefully on the introduction to the right he uses the sun.
In the following article which form of d3 is he referring to, sun, lamp,
food, fish, sauna, or to his spray or pills which are made in India-

 K2  keeps the body
from bleeding.  K2 in itself is dangerous  and not to be  taking lightly
unless advice from doctor.  Many people with certain conditions should not
be taking vit  k and never d3 as chlorecalciferol > Best  advice research,
