Hi Ken,

In my own personal experience alone at home, I have noticed that there is
sometimes
temporary constipating due to CS but this soon passes same day. I guess that a
heavy dose
of CS knocks out some friendlies but that they recover and cope with any
following CS. Or
that the CS has or causes a temporary stool binding effect.

My observation is that this seems to happen only if the CS is freshly made.
Either that fresh
CS has some special effect or that the CS is less effective in the colon
department if it is not
fresh. ymmv

I'm glad you opened this subject. Others say that it is impossible for CS to do
anything in the
gut due to being transformed to inert substances in the stomach and that the
colon contents
are not liquid enough. . My experience is that CS does have effects on the
colon and
contents.

OK,
Tony
