Dear Sharon, Ohhh yes it does! Since my son moved back to Vallejo, he`s washed my car several times. EVERY time, it rained within 48 hours... Two of those times were hurricanes that blew north from Mexico. The SF Bay area had tremendous lightning storms and lots of damage.
