Marsha, Wow! When your son washes a car he doesn't mess around, eh? Most of us have experienced washing our car and be darned if it doesn't soon rain. But it seems like the reverse doesn't hold. If you WANT to make it rain you can't do it by washing your car. Makes you wonder.
