Frequent when at the PC. Oddly though when I switch to TV watching may
have none.
There are no symptoms such as fast beat or anything.

Just now I had the problem. I realized that I was looking slightly
down at the screen chin slightly protruding. Maybe reading a book
would duplicate. I dunno 'cause I don't have enough attention span
for much reading.
Anyhow I pulled in my chin and tilted my head to the right till it
crunched and /presto/. Not normally that simple but worked this time.
I do believe that having the chin pulled in is primary..
