Interesting you mention that it's when you're near a person computer - am I 
reading that right? If so, you may want to check out - "EMF BLUES" -

Make sure you're not sleeping or resting near a smart-meter on the side of the 
house.  Electric Magnetic Field is a real serious issue. I'm very sensitive to 
it. 

Check also if suffer from hyperthyroidism which triggers rapid heart beats...
Lastly, check if get enough calcium/magnesium...

All these have helped me to control my rapid heart beatings...
when I am under stress - it "spikes up" --- so I consciously "let go" more.
