St. John's wort nearly killed me. It caused what is called a serotonin
storm. I recovered but have permanent AFIB.
GABBA is safer. NOW brand says to take with Taurine and Magnesium. You
might also check out some homeopathic formulas. There is one called Formula
303 - that works good for stress.
