One very effective way to get CS into the system and incidentally bypass the gut's weakening of it, is to open an MSM capsule, drip CS into it until the powder is saturated, recap, and place under the tongue for at least 15 minutes. the blood vessels under the tongue will carry it to the entire body, almost like an IV treatment. It tastes unpleasant but keeping tongue plastered to the roof og the mouth eliminates that. Then when the capsule is dissolved, chase with a big gulp of water or juice. We've headed off many an infection and disease with this trick learned over at lymestrategies. 4x a day usually does the trick but with a more serious threat, many more times would be good.
