That’s an interesting technique but why not just swish pure CS in the mouth for the same amount of time. The ions will be absorbed thru the mucous membranes. Is the MSM used as a carrier? Also you can’t get very much CS into a capsule. I have a hard time believing you can get enough of it to do anything in the body.
