Reid,

 

I would do oil pulling first, then brush with an ultrasonic cleaner, then swish 
with CS.

 

I'd also use a tiny little brush that fits between the teeth dipped in 
Everclear (180 proof, or 90% alcohol) for the partcular teeth.

 

Do a search for the elements I mentioned that are unfamiliar to you. That 
should take care of it.

Subject: CS>Swishing CS/EIS instead of deep cleaning

 

Greetings All, I'm seeking opinions as to whether swishing around the mouth, 
our ~10ppm Ag+ (particularly around the gums) would allay the need for a *deep 
cleaning* by the dentist.  They cite the proliferation of bacteria there as a 
problem, of course, but wouldn't CS/EIS solve the problem?
