I would do oil pulling first, then brush with an ultrasonic cleaner, then swish with CS. I'd also use a tiny little brush that fits between the teeth dipped in Everclear (180 proof, or 90% alcohol) for the partcular teeth. Do a search for the elements I mentioned that are unfamiliar to you. That should take care of it.
