LOL, yeah, I'll be 70 in a few days. For what it's worth, I had those 'external' ones, I figured if I can push them back in (pushing the blood getting back into the body), with my thumb or finger, yeah, I know what you are thinking <rolling eyes>, but I did it over several days, and it works, well, it worked for me anyway, I did that every time I could feel one starting, so I kept doing it over time, I haven't had 'em since, and that was years ago.
