The AgPNs still have to release ions in order to kill anything. It has been reported on this list that putting salt in 'EIS' [aka Ionic Silver Water...after it is made] will develop a blueish haze indicating the formation of Silver Chloride After doing that several times and NOT seeing that reaction, I finally did, but it took quite a while.
