I could be wrong but it will not be at all risky to do a 2 week diet of
raw vegtables. Salads of nutritious vegetables (skip the iceberg
lettuce, it is void of nutrition) and make you own dressing because the
store brands contain sugar(in whatever form-corn syrup,etc). She may
begin feeling great and risk nothing.
Please visit the Candida Forum if you are not familiar with it. There
are many people who might help and the archives are loaded with great
info. A few "nuts" visit the site, so use your own good judgement. And
remember - a diet of no sugar and mainly raw vegetables is a great
solution to many problems and it is risk free and very inexpensive
compared to supplements that may or may not work.
