Sharon, Consider spraying or "dropping" CS into the sinuses to clear them. I have had this problem for several years and have been down the path. Sinus surgery, allergy tests, antihistimines, Entex, and etc. Finally found a MD whose allergy tests used glycerin(other's had used phenols) as base for allergen skin test and injection of candida and other molds turned red and swelled immediately and stayed that way for maybe 48 hours. Now it seems to make sense - I can "load up" on environmental molds (from atmosphere or duct work in building) and/or candida from poor diet (sugar) and the headaches come.
The Mayo findings are, I feel, monumental in finding relief but beware of more symptom treating. The real cure might be in keeping the immune system optimized and candida subdued. This is very compex due to stress, diet, environment, leaky gut?, and many other factors. Some use MSM, GSE(grapefruit seed extract), CS, olive leaf extract, diet , on & on. This can get very expensive and can be trial & error. A good diet is low cost and very effective. Raw vegetables provide more enzymes and other nutrients than cooked and are far superior to carbs and sugar. Check out www.healthyawareness.com/candida/ for more. Good Luck TN "Sharon L.
