Fred,  you might want to give it some time if you haven't already. 
Sometimes it turns yellow in a day or so.  Does the cloud form after you
stir it?  Be sure to use plastic, not metal.  If the cloud forms after
stirring, then I think you don't have a colloid, so maybe don't use it
internally.
