It does matter that your diet should include plenty of alkaline
producing foods. Vegetables, fruit and so on, that one should get plenty
of sleep (huh?) and breath properly, so that the inevitable acid
ingestion and waste production is neutralised and expelled without the
body needing to scavenge calcium from the bones and depositing crystals
throughout the body.
