To interested list members.
Some of our personnel have tried, repeatedly,
to establish viable contact with reliable personnel involved with the
development of this substance. Unfortunately, the result seems to come up as
an "urban legend". Our reasoning is based upon the inability/unwillingness of
the principals involved to either sell or share data---at any price. We have
been, absolutely, unsuccessful in obtaining even a definite date-of-delivery
promise for this material. Additionally, our offers to fly personnel to
Turkey, or anywhere in the world---to observe demonstrations.....have been met
with evasions. This is not to say there is fraud or deceit involved; but
rather, that we have been supremely unsuccessful in unraveling this challenging
circumstance.
Anyone having definite, objective, substantive information/data on
this substance.....plus a willingness to share or sell----is encouraged to
contact us. Whatever we can do to make this technology ( if it, in truth,
exists) available to the human community....we will do so. Ideally, placing
the information in the public domain, would be the most desireable; but may
not be possible. However, cross-licensing (through a fee payment) may be a
possibility. The results of any research we generate will be placed in the
public domain----free to all.
Although we remain skeptical....we are hopeful there is
some, measureable, truth in the published claims.
` Sincerely, Brooks Bradley.
