a few ideas. In a bath, put four cup of pure bentonite and some baking soda. Bentonite is one of the handiest things to have around. Have used it for many things. I buy a 50-lb bag from well drillers. Be sure to ask for pure bentonite. My brother-in-law puts 4 cups of bentonite and 1/2 bottle of peroxide in a hot bath after a day of crawling under houses fixing pipes. Really helps the aching joints.
