Yup.  Used that over 20 years ago on poison ivy (friend had it -- I'm
not sensitive).

Make a tincture (soak leaves in ethyl alcohol -- Vodka -- for a few
days) and store in refrigerator.

HOWEVER!! ... I've found that melaleuca oil in an ointment or other
concoction might be even better.  Another friend of mine had poison
oak for weeks, bad enough to have a complete bandage on his arm (to
protect it from more infection, apparently).  I provided some
melaleuca ointment and it cleared up within 3-4 days.
