Please take the following as constructive criticism.

First, what you sent has been around for several years now.  It started in 
Canada
and is a hoax.. There is no such bill 602P and all the names are all fictitious.
You should check things out first.  Use your search engines first.  You could
also have gone to the USPS site and they  would have told you it was a hoax.
Don’t believe everything people send you.  In fact it is better if you believe
NOTHING until you have checked it out.

Second, when you forward something, take the junk out first.  Junk consists all
the headers, the >>>>>’s, and everything that means nothing but make your 
forward
difficult to read.  If you don’t know how to do this, don’t forward until you
learn how because the extraneous garbage is considered rude, and you wouldn’t
want that.

Lastly, it isn’t my place to tell you but I will tell you anyway.  This list is
the wrong place to
spread false rumors.
