Dave,
I've had pretty good luck lately using an inexpensive ($40
at WalMart) Sunbeam ultrasonic nebulizer to administer CS. As is to
be expected, the best results occur when treatment is begun at the
earliest signs of illness. Once excess mucus begins to form then
the results are much reduced. I'm assuming this is because the
microorganisms are protected from contact with the cs by the mucus.
In any event, I also augment the nebulizer with cs taken orally.
