Yes, it stays stable in glass (put another way, you can reduce the
aggregation stray ions may cause) . WRT the nebulizer...I'm not sure how
those are made, but the room mister-spinner-type I used was very good at
killing bronchitis and bronchial infections when the CS mist was breathed
deeply from right over the mist outlet.

The 3-month infection that was going around the last 2 winters was killed in
1.5 days on average by breathing the mist directly. As much as you can
breathe in five minutes, three or four times a day.

I don't believe it would be effective to use CS as a room mister but would
still have prophylactic advantages over no treatment at all.
