Yes, basically a spray pump similar to a windex bottle. The droplets are fairly large and may choke some people. There are fine mist nasal sprayers that work the same way and don't choke you when sprayed and inhaled, but i have found no source for them other than used prescription containers of "Beconase AQ" which a friend uses constantly. It's impossible to get the chemical smell out of them, buy, if that stuff doesn't hurt her, it won't bother me in trace amounts. I sell a new 2 oz brown glass pump sprayer on my website for $2. It works OK for eyes, topical and inhaling if you're not too sensitive [I'm tough :-)] Ken
