Several people are having problems coming up with a good stirer. Here are two suggestions.
1. Find an old record phonograph. Mount a bar magnet horizontally to the turntable. Place a platform just above the magnet to set a glass of CS on, and drop a stirrer magnet (or a short bar or cylintrical magnet) into the bottom of the glass. Set the record player to 33 1/3 or 16 2/3 rpm. 2. Find an old electorc grill spit or ice cream maker or even an electric clock with a second hand.
