The requirement is very much higher than could possibly gained by taking
normal strength CS, Roger.

To become blue you would need to ingest about 3 grams of silver per day,
according to Alexander G. Schauss, Ph.D. Director, Life Sciences
Division John Hopkins University. A litre of 10 ppm CS contains 10
milligrams of silver, therefore one would need to ingest 300 litres per
day to reach this point.

This is quite a bit higher than some of the references I have seen, but
even the most conservative estimate has one drinking tens of litres per
day.
