Maybe a little at a time would help more in the long run, people... My approach on spreading the word on the CS and other electromedicine subjects was to get the local papers to pick up a series of articles, which they have. You writers out there may find it easier to get columns published by an independent, and that's likely where you will be able to achieve more with less effort.
Once a paper has published the series others will want to as well.
