I bet I can explain part of it... One of the things she mentioned in passing is that she hates computers. In other words, she's a typical, reluctant user of the technology. As such, I'm sure she's like *many* of the folks right here that have difficulty controlling who her e-mail goes out to. So, when Russ forwarded your posting to her, she probably hit Reply to All or its equivalent in her software, roping you into a personal e-mail exchange neither one of you intended. I saw at least her initial response because a copy went back to the list, which she isn't a member of, and it bounced to me. As to the rest of your analysis, I'll grant that you're probably right. You might even be able to help her, were she willing to be helped. But I don't think that's to be, short of divine intervention. So the best thing to do, IMHO, is "make nice" and fade back into the woodwork. <grin> Take care! Mike D.
